We were in Kenosha from out of state. Our shift lever would not engage, and we were stuck in a parking lot. Anayas recommended Jensen Towing (also fabulous, prompt & courteous!) Great shop I've taken my jeep patriot here for two repairs. Heater core and a water pump on two separate occasions. Both times they were able to get in and repair it in a timely manner. No problems with my vehicle since. Maybe not the cheapest option out there but you get what you pay for. They will get it done fast and right. 10/10

My car was revving and accelerating uncontrollably with the engine light on. Obviously not a good sign. I took it in and spoke to a gentleman named mark and was able to get an appointment within a few days. They were very upfront about price from the get go and they also gave me an out the door quote before they did any work. What they said they would do, the timeline of completion, and price were all exactly what they told me. My car was done in about 24 hours despite needing to replace a throttle on my engine and I was back on the road. They also give you a 90 day warranty too on the repairs If I'm not mistaken. Will be using them again if I have any other issues with my car.

I've been having my vehicles serviced here for a few years now. Never once had a problem. They're up front, quote you a price before they begin the work and if additional work is needed they always let you know before it's preformed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up , I was treated with resect and honesty. Every time I was told I would receive a call for an update, I did! Customer service is clearly something this shop values and will have my loyalty because of it! When I received the phone call to explain what repairs were needed, everything was explained so clearly and in a non-condescending manner, it made me feel so confident that the issues with my car were being fairly and accurately addressed.

My daughter was driving from Racine when her car died. Not being from Kenosha and not knowing where to take it, my husband asked a friend who lives in Kenosha where he would take it. He mentioned Anaya's. Called them on Friday and they towed it to their shop. Monday morning they called and told mybhusband what was wrong and price. Fixed it the same day. Had a really terrible coolant leak. Called every shop around Kenosha and Anaya's was the only one that could get me in immediately. I dropped my car off after work one night last week after calling and dropped the keys in the drop Box. I was able to communicate with them by Email while I was at work and turns out my radiator was bad. They got the radiator and hoses replaced and I was able to pay up and get my Jeep back the next day. My heat blows even hotter than it did before and no more coolant leak. I would recommend Anaya's to anyone the staff is incredibly nice and they got me In and I was driving again in less than a day. Thanks for the outstanding service ! ( by the way my names Matthew not John I always forget my gmail password and have to make new accounts lol)

This was the only shop that got me in right away. The entire facility is well organized and inspires confidence that they are good at what they do. I was treated courteously and was given an estimate of cost and time. The work was done a bit early and the cost was exactly in keeping with the estimate. All in all, this was probably the best car care experience that I have enjoyed in over 55 years of driving. I can not recommend Anaya's enough.

Going here my first time was such a pleasant experience. We initially picked it because it was close by and easy to find- you can't miss the sign right on 52nd st. We backed into a snowdrift and suspected that something got knocked out of place in the exhaust system. Had the car looked at and was informed that the intermediate pipe connecting my catalytic converter to the muffler was rusted. Rather than replacing everything, they removed the rusted portion and welded a new part on to hold it together, saving us a ton of money. They worked quickly, getting it done the same day we brought it in and the price was extremely reasonable. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and the mechanic explained everything he did in detail and why when we came to pick it up. He was extremely friendly and a delight. Guaranteed us the rest of the car would fall apart before his work would. I will gladly be going back in the future for any other car repairs!

Excellent service, have used them several times with great results every time. Mark is a great guy that always is very informative as to what they are doing, takes plenty of time to answer questions, and never pressures for additional work that is not needed (the dealer seems to constantly do that). The only gripe I have is that they don't schedule for mornings or afternoons, you have to drop off for the entire day, so if you plan on waiting, you might be waiting all day. It makes service there a bit inconvenient. But otherwise, good value for excellent work.

The Team at Anaya's is always professional, honest, the quality of the parts and service is high end. I have never climbed under my car after service to see off-brand or private label parts. Coming from the Automotive retail business of 18 years I've seen a lot of low quality parts and general lack of concern for the customers installed and dished out at local shops. Not here, even my last oil change was done with a premium WIX filter, gaskets are Fel-Pro, and suspension parts are MOOG. To follow the quality parts comes the outstanding customer service, they call for approval before doing anything, they always say thank you at the end of the call, and always portray that the customer comes first. Walk into their shop and you could probably eat off the floor. Yes it is that clean. I have never had to wipe grease off my steering wheel, or dirty finger prints off my doors after having them serviced. Don't believe me walk in and talk to them, look the the service bays, they are clean, tidy, and organized. No junk cars sitting in the lot, not used parts piling up outside. This is as professional, and customer friendly as you can get.

Outstanding. Mark is fantastic. I appreciated that he called to apologize about an oversight on not including the cost of a $40 gasket in the original estimate. While it was not necessary from my standpoint (the car is 13 years old, so I expect the estimate will always be subject to change once they get in to do the work), he was very genuine in his apology. They did a great job with my car, finding and fixing the problem that the last auto shop could not figure out. They even checked my fluids in my car and refilled my oil. The Kenosha Post Office has 95 vehicles that are used daily to deliver mail. All of these trucks have to be on the road in safe working order 6 days a week. I can't say enough about how the staff at Anaya's Auto Repair works to keep these vehicles on the road. They genuinely care about getting them fixed properly and in a timely manner. They are a warm and friendly group willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have so much confidence in their ability that I also take my personal vehicles there to be serviced.
